Candidate Verification Data According to Public Notice 02-100/26-1785/3 Ministry of Public Administration
We inform you that the knowledge, skills, competencies, and abilities check for candidates meeting the conditions of public notice number 02-100/26-1785/3, published by the Human Resources Department on May 8, 2026, for the position of Independent Advisor III, Directorate for Civil Service - Directorate for Public Administration, will be held on July 30, 2026. Each correct answer on the test is awarded one point, with a maximum of 15 points per competency. The practical task is evaluated based on structure, systematic presentation of information, clarity and precision, appropriate terminology, and problem-solving ability. Candidates who score more than 50% on the practical task or receive a 'satisfactory' grade on the knowledge test in typing, informatics, or foreign language (if these skills are required by the notice) may proceed to an oral interview. During the interview for managerial and expert positions, general competencies such as oral communication, learning and development orientation, and cooperation are assessed. For expert-managerial positions, managerial competencies including work organization, human resource management, and strategic management are also evaluated. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the notice's conditions can participate in the verification process. Note: Candidates must present a valid ID card or other photo ID for identity verification before the written test.
