Held CERV training for project proposal preparation in the Northern region

In 2023 in Bijelo Polje, two trainings were organized for potential users from the Northern region of Montenegro, as part of a series of activities aimed at promoting the CERV program and strengthening capacities for project proposal preparation. The focus was on developing project ideas, defining problems and objectives, intervention logic, activities and expected results, indicators, partnerships and partner roles, budget, risk management, and horizontal principles of the program. The trainings in Bijelo Polje continue the activities implemented by the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights across different parts of Montenegro, with the goal of making information about the CERV program and its opportunities accessible to as many potential users as possible. Participants had the opportunity to learn more about funding options, current calls, participation conditions, partnership opportunities, and the key steps in preparing and submitting project proposals. By organizing trainings, informational activities, and events focused on connecting potential partners, the Ministry continues to contribute to increasing the visibility of the CERV program, strengthening the capacities of potential users, and better informing organizations and institutions from Montenegro about the opportunities provided by this European Union program.
