Luka Mugoša
Luka Mugoša, a legal sciences specialist, has been serving as the acting director of the Traffic Directorate since July 2026. As acting director, he oversees the work of the Traffic Directorate, which handles management, development, construction, reconstruction, maintenance, and protection of state roads. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Montenegro in Podgorica and gained professional experience through specialized and managerial roles in various government bodies, including the General Director of the Directorate for the Implementation of Pre-Accession Support Projects from the European Union – IPA, quality control, and contract realization at the Ministry of Public Works. In 2020, he was a coordinator at the Urban Supervision Directorate within the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and Property. Previously, he worked at the Directorate for Licenses, Registry, and Second Instance Procedures at the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism, the Directorate for Cultural Heritage at the Ministry of Culture, and the Central Register of Business Entities at the Tax Administration.
