Data Protection Training Course Organized for Representatives of the Agency for Science and Military Memory
On May 13, 2026, the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) organized a training course on personal data protection for representatives of the Agency for Science and Military Memory, at their request. The purpose of the training was to strengthen participants' knowledge and awareness regarding the correct application of legislation in the field of personal data protection, as well as to promote an institutional culture based on respecting the right to privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of processed information. The course covered relevant topics related to personal data protection, including: general concepts and basic principles of data protection; legal grounds and principles for data processing; data subjects' rights and ways to exercise them; obligations of operators and authorized persons; technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure data security and confidentiality.
