Campaign 'Live, Don't Rush' – Schedule of Enhanced Traffic Controls for July 27 and 28, 2026

In the Podgorica area, traffic patrols will be deployed on the Podgorica–Danilovgrad route during daytime hours and on the Podgorica–Bar route during nighttime hours, with special emphasis on controlling speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol and psychoactive substances, as well as sanctioning other violations that endanger traffic safety. In the Danilovgrad area, police officers will conduct checks on regional routes Danilovgrad–Spuž–Podgorica and Danilovgrad–Glava Zete, within the city center, while during night hours, increased surveillance will be organized on the main road Podgorica–Danilovgrad–Nikšić. (Bijelo Polje, Berane, Kolašin, Mojkovac, Rožaje, Plav, Gusinje, Andrijevica, and Petnjica) In the Bijelo Polje area, controls will be organized on routes Bijelo Polje–Berane and Ribarevina–Barski Most, with police presence in Ribarevine, Zaton, Podi, Bioča, Potkrajci, Sutivan, Unevina, and Barski Most, as well as intensified controls in the city area during night hours. Police officers will be present at locations Pešca, Buče, Gradinsko Polje, Rijeka Marsenića, Beranselo, Zaostro, Tifran, and Bioča, while during evening and night hours, intensified controls will focus on the city center and the Berane–Bijelo Polje route, with particular attention to checking drivers under the influence of alcohol and psychoactive substances. In the Kolašin area, controls will be carried out on the main routes Kolašin–Mojkovac, Kolašin–Podgorica, and the regional route Kolašin–Berane, with police presence in Bakovići, Trebaljevo, Sjerogošte, Lugovi, Polje, and Babljak, as well as in the city center. The planned locations represent the main routes for deploying traffic patrols, while police officers, depending on assessment, traffic intensity, and current on-site situation, will reallocate and move between control points to ensure preventive action and effective sanctions against all behaviors that threaten participant safety in traffic.
