Final list of economic entities for the withdrawal and storage of lamb surplus
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, based on Article 10, paragraph 3 of the Law on Agriculture and Rural Development (Official Gazette 56/09, 34/14, 1/15, 30/17, and 83/26), Articles 2 and 3 of the Regulation on conditions, procedures, and schedule for implementing measures of the agrarian policy for 2026 (Official Gazette 48/26 and 121/26), measures for market stabilization 1.2.1 "Market Intervention Program," initiated by the Decision of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management number 04-307/26-26498/1 dated September 16, 2026, and in order to timely implement measures and create conditions for the normal functioning of the market – the sheep sector, and in connection with the Public Call for assistance in withdrawing and storing lamb surpluses, published on the ministry's website, and after receiving applications within the deadline and assessing their validity, announces: the final list of economic entities authorized to carry out the withdrawal and storage of lamb surpluses.
