The practical task is assessed based on the following criteria: structure of the written work, systematic presentation of information, clarity and precision of written expression, use of appropriate terminology, and problem-solving ability. Candidates who score more than 50% on the practical task, or who receive a "satisfactory" grade on the knowledge test in typing, informatics, or foreign language (if such skills are required by the announcement), may proceed to an oral interview. During the oral interview for positions in the executive and expert categories, the following general competencies are evaluated: oral communication, learning and development orientation, and cooperation.
