Public Call for Nominating an NGO Representative to the Working Group for Drafting the Public Administration Reform Strategy 2027–2030, with the 2027–2028 Action Plan

Pursuant to Article 3 of the Regulation on the Selection of Representatives of Non-Governmental Organizations to the Working Bodies of State Administration Authorities and the Conduct of Public Consultations in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies (Official Gazette of Montenegro, Nos. 41/18 and 86/26), the Ministry of Public Administration is publishing a public call to nominate one representative of a non-governmental organization as a member of the working group for drafting the Public Administration Reform Strategy 2027–2030, with the 2027–2028 Action Plan. In accordance with Article 14 of the Regulation on the Method and Procedure for Drafting, Harmonizing and Monitoring the Implementation of Strategic Documents, and given that the current Public Administration Reform Strategy 2022–2026 expires at the end of this year, the Ministry is initiating the procedure for adopting a new strategic document in this area for the period 2027–2030, along with the accompanying action plans. Previous reform results have highlighted the importance of continuing and further improving reform processes, while taking into account identified challenges and recommendations for the coming period. In addition, obligations arising from Montenegro’s EU accession process, particularly under negotiating Chapter 23—Judiciary and Fundamental Rights, require the continuous planning and implementation of public administration reforms. The nomination form for the NGO representative, together with the required documentation, must be submitted to the registry office of the Ministry of Public Administration in person or by mail, on working days from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at: MINISTRY OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, Rimski Trg No. 45, 81000 Podgorica, with the note: “Nomination of an NGO representative as a member of the working group for drafting the Public Administration Reform Strategy 2027–2030, with the 2027–2028 Action Plan.”
