In accordance with the requirements and procedures of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the company "Monteput" LLC Podgorica is organizing a Webinar on early market engagement (EME) regarding the preparation for the implementation of the Smokovac–Tološi highway section project, which continues the development of priority transportation infrastructure in Montenegro. The early market engagement activity aims to enable potential contractors, consultants, technical partners, and other interested participants to familiarize themselves in a timely manner with the scope of the project, technical requirements, and planned implementation model before the formal procurement process begins. The project involves the construction of the Smokovac–Tološi highway section (around Podgorica) of 10.5 kilometers, as part of the development of the TEN-T Corridor 4 / Bar–Boljare highway. The project is planned to be implemented on a Design & Build basis, using FIDIC Yellow Book (1999) conditions. The project financing will be provided by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the European Investment Bank (EIB), and the Government of Montenegro, with procurement conducted in accordance with EBRD procurement policies and rules.
