Real Estate Administration Begins Issuing Electronic Land Registry Certificates

The Real Estate Administration of Montenegro continues to improve digital services and introduces a new electronic system that allows citizens to download land registry and possession certificates via the internet without visiting counters. Citizens can now view their certificates, select the required document, make electronic payments, and download legally valid electronic documents that can be used in all procedures requiring a land registry certificate. Access to the service is enabled using ID cards and NS eID — the official electronic identification system, ensuring a high level of security and data protection. The process is designed to be simple, from registration and selection of the land or possession certificate, to document review, electronic payment, and downloading the electronically signed document. The introduction of this service significantly reduces the time needed to obtain cadastral documentation, lowers administrative costs, and relieves local units of the Real Estate Administration. The agency continues to develop modern electronic services aimed at creating a more efficient, accessible, and transparent public administration tailored to the needs of citizens and businesses.
