Interpol: Extradited from Serbia to Montenegro a member of OKG suspected of serious murder in joint commission on behalf of two persons in Stanjevića Rupa
Today, organized by NCB Interpol Podgorica and with the support of the Special Police Unit, A.P. was extradited from the Republic of Serbia to Montenegro. An international arrest warrant was issued to ensure his presence in criminal proceedings against him before the Higher Court in Podgorica, due to reasonable suspicion that he committed two criminal acts – establishing a criminal organization and serious murder in joint commission from the Criminal Code of Montenegro. As a member of a criminal organization led by internationally wanted person R.Z., he committed the criminal act of serious murder in joint commission in Stanjevića Rupa in Spuž, on the 14th.
