Cetinje Police and Foreigners Inspectors Conduct Operation 'Foreigner' in Cetinje; 36 Foreign Nationals Controlled – Legal Measures Taken Against 13 Foreigners

Officers of the Cetinje Security Department, in cooperation with border police sector officials, carried out operation 'Foreigner' in the Cetinje municipality to ensure safe tourism season. The operation focused on verifying the legality of entry, movement, stay, and work of foreign nationals in our territory. Inspectors checked eight hospitality establishments, four construction sites used by building companies, two business entities, two accommodation providers, and gathering places for foreigners. A total of 36 foreigners were checked, including 18 with temporary residence permits and 18 with stays up to 90 days. Legal measures were taken against 13 foreigners who violated the Foreigners Law. Through the continued implementation of operation 'Foreigner,' the Police Department remains committed to strengthening legal security by effectively controlling the legality of foreigners' stay and work, contributing significantly to maintaining a stable security environment in our country.
