Candidate Verification Data for Public Notice 02-100/26-823/3 Court for Misdemeanors in Podgorica

We inform you that the knowledge, skills, competencies, and abilities of candidates who meet the conditions of public notice number 02-100/26-823/3, published by the Human Resources Department on March 20, 2026, for the needs of the Court for Misdemeanors in Podgorica for the position of Independent Clerk, Court Clerk, Court Registry, will be held on July 16, 2026. The content of the theoretical part of the written test is determined by the random selection method of 20 questions from a list related to knowledge of the constitutional system, organization, functioning, and procedures of government bodies, to which candidates respond by choosing one of several answers. The practical part of the written test includes two tasks related to the job description for the position being advertised, selected randomly from 10 tasks provided by the state body filling the position. Candidates who score more than 50% on the practical part or who receive a 'satisfactory' grade in the knowledge test of typing, informatics, or foreign language (if such skills are required by the notice) may proceed to an oral interview. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the conditions of the advertisement can participate in the verification process. We emphasize that candidates must present a personal ID or other identification document with a photo for identity verification before starting the written test.
