Two-day CERV training for potential users in Bijelo Polje

The Ministry of Human and Minority Rights, as the National Contact Point for the European Union program "Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values" (CERV), is organizing a 24th session. The goal of the training is to familiarize potential users with the opportunities provided by the CERV program and to provide practical knowledge necessary for developing and preparing quality project proposals. Participants will learn through practical work about key elements of preparing a project application – from defining problems, goals, and intervention logic, to planning activities, results, and indicators, as well as partnerships, budgets, risk management, and horizontal principles of the program. The focus will be on practically developing a project idea within the current DAPHNE call, linking the project idea with the call's priorities, and elaborating key elements of the project proposal. The training is intended for representatives of civil society organizations, local governments, institutions, and other interested stakeholders from the North region of Montenegro, specifically from the municipalities of Andrijevica, Berane, Bijelo Polje, Gusinje, Kolašin, Mojkovac, Petnjica, Plav, Pljevlja, Pružine, Rožaje, Šavnik, and Žabljak. Special emphasis during both days will be placed on practical work, concrete examples, experience exchange, and participant questions, to enable immediate application of acquired knowledge in developing their project ideas and future applications for CERV calls.
