Candidate Assessment Date for Public Competition No. 02-100/26-2769/3 for the Needs of the Health Insurance Fund of Montenegro

The competencies, knowledge and abilities of candidates who meet the requirements of the public competition for filling a position in the category of heads of administrative bodies will be assessed in accordance with the conditions of the public competition and the Regulation on the Criteria and Detailed Procedure for Assessing Knowledge, Abilities, Competencies and Skills for Work in State Bodies ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. ...). The general test consists of 60 randomly selected questions, which candidates answer by choosing one of several offered answers. Each correct answer is worth one point, meaning that the maximum score on the general test for each individual competency is 15 points. A candidate who achieves at least eight points for each competency on the general test must submit to the Commission a written paper containing: “An assessment of priorities and proposals for improving work processes, or the situation in the area of work for which the candidate is appointed or assigned.” The structured interview assesses the general competencies of oral communication, commitment to learning and development, and cooperation, as well as managerial competencies: the ability to organize work and manage human resources, and the ability to conduct strategic management. Only candidates included on the List of Candidates who meet the requirements of the public competition may take part in the assessment procedure. Note: before the written test begins, candidates must present an identity card or another personal identification document with a photograph to the Commission for identity verification.
