Call for Candidate Applications for the Professional Exam for Bankruptcy Trustee
On November 1, 2016, 2018, and 2022, the Ministry of Justice announces a CALL FOR CANDIDATE APPLICATIONS FOR THE PROFESSIONAL EXAM FOR BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEES. The Ministry will organize the exam in September/October 2026. According to Article 4 of the Regulation on the Program and Method of Taking the Professional Exam for Bankruptcy Trustees (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 138/22), candidates must submit a request for taking the exam along with proof of meeting the requirements. Applications with supporting documents must be submitted to the Ministry of Justice, Vuka Karadžića Street No. 3, Podgorica, no later than 15 days from the date of the announcement. The exam is conducted in accordance with the Bankruptcy Law and the Regulation on the Program and Method of Taking the Professional Exam for Bankruptcy Trustees. Note: Candidates who completed their studies under the Bologna process must submit certified copies of diplomas or original/certified copies of certificates of completed undergraduate and specialized academic studies.
