List of NGOs that do not meet the conditions for proposing a member of the Commission in the field of science
In accordance with Article 32b of the Law on Non-Governmental Organizations (Official Gazette CG, No. 39/11 and 37/17), Article 54 of the Regulation on the organization and manner of work of the state administration (Official Gazette CG, No. 98/23, 102/23, 113/23, 071/24, 072/24, 090/24, 093/24, 104/24, 117/24, 039/25 and 097/25), and Articles 3 and 9 of the Regulation on the election of representatives of non-governmental organizations to the bodies of the state administration and conducting public discussions in the preparation of laws and strategies (Official Gazette CG, No. 41/18), as well as the Decision on establishing priority areas of public interest and the amount of funds for financing projects and programs of NGOs in 2026 (Official Gazette CG, No. 146/25), the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation announces the call for nominations for representatives for the member of the Commission for the allocation of funds for financing projects and programs of non-governmental organizations in 2026.
