Montenegro's representative before the European Court of Human Rights, Mirko Đuković, participated in the 104th session of the Management Committee for Human Rights of the Council of Europe (CDDH), held in Strasbourg from October 30. The participation of Montenegro's representatives in this session confirms the country's ongoing commitment to the work of the Council of Europe's intergovernmental bodies and to further strengthening standards for the protection of human rights, the rule of law, and the effective application of the European Convention on Human Rights at the national level.
