Candidates who score at least eight points in each competency on the general test submit a written work to the Commission, which includes: "Assessment of priorities and proposals for improving work processes or the state of the area for which the candidate is appointed." The written work is evaluated based on specific competencies such as ability to analyze the situation, set priorities, innovation, initiative, clarity, and work structure. During the structured interview, general competencies such as oral communication, learning and development orientation, cooperation, and managerial competencies like work organization and human resource management are assessed. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the public competition conditions can participate in the verification process. It is important that candidates, before the verification begins, present their ID card or other personal identification with a photograph to the Commission.
