Participants of the Summer School of Language and Culture 'Montenegro My Homeland' visited Cetinje Capital and Lipska Cave

As part of the 18th Summer School of Language and Culture 'Montenegro My Homeland', organized by the Institute of Education of Montenegro in cooperation with the Ministry of Diaspora, participants today, accompanied by teachers and animators, visited the Cetinje Capital and Lipska Cave. This educational trip allowed children to learn about Montenegro's rich cultural and historical heritage and natural beauty, complementing the theoretical knowledge gained in classes with direct experience. Learning about culture, language, and tradition in the heart of the country is invaluable for younger generations growing up in the diaspora, while visiting historically and culturally significant sites helps participants deepen their understanding of their origins, strengthen their national identity, and develop lasting connections with their homeland. Direct contact with their ancestors' heritage turns learning into a living experience, and the Institute of Education and the Ministry of Diaspora continue to systematically invest in preserving identity and strengthening young people's sense of belonging to their homeland.
