Completed the Second Part of the Trainer Training on the Application of Ethical Standards in Higher Education

The event was organized by the Council of Europe through the European Union and Council of Europe project "Quality Education for All," with active participation of the President and members of the Ethical Committee of Montenegro. The training participants included prominent professors, members of the Montenegrin academic community, and representatives of ethical bodies at faculties. Given that Montenegro has a unique Law on Academic Integrity in Europe, this training is crucial for the practical application of legal norms at universities. Participants mastered advanced adult learning methods, facilitation techniques, ethical dilemma resolution, and the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on higher education. In the upcoming period, trained participants will form a network of experts that the Ethical Committee will engage to transfer knowledge to higher education institutions. This will bring long-term systemic changes: - Implementation of regular ethics training for professors and students at all Montenegrin universities; - Stronger support for ethical bodies at faculties in decision-making; - Long-term enhancement of transparency, accountability, and the reputation of the Montenegrin education system.
