Today, September 28, the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) organized a training session in the field of personal data protection for representatives of the National Employment Agency (ANOFM). The activity aimed to strengthen the professional capacities of ANOFM employees by familiarizing them with new legal provisions in the field of personal data protection and raising awareness about the importance of complying with legal requirements in their professional activities. Particular attention was given to the specifics of ANOFM's activities, an institution that processes a significant volume of personal data in the context of ensuring and managing employment processes. The training covered practical aspects of collecting, using, storing, and transmitting personal data, access to information, and the need to implement appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Participants also had the opportunity to ask questions and clarify various aspects related to the application of personal data protection norms in data processing. Compliance with personal data protection requirements is an essential element of the institution's activity, contributing to ensuring information confidentiality and strengthening beneficiaries' trust in the public services provided.
