Swearing-in of the New Public Official at CNPDCP

On August 21, 2026, following the successful completion of the probation period and confirmation in the position of state control officer within the Prevention, Supervision, and Records Directorate of the General Directorate for Supervision and Compliance at the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP), our colleague Alexandru CEBAN took the oath of allegiance. By taking the oath, Alexandru CEBAN committed to respecting the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, fundamental human rights and freedoms, defending sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova, objectively and impartially executing the country's laws, conscientiously fulfilling his duties in his public role, and adhering to professional conduct standards. The oath was administered in the presence of CNPDCP leadership and colleagues, before state symbols, in accordance with Article 158-XVI of July 4, 2008, regarding the public service and the status of public officials. On this occasion, Deputy Director of CNPDCP, Ms. Angela COLOMIICENCO, congratulated Alexandru CEBAN and wished him success in his new responsibilities, emphasizing the importance of professionalism, correctness, and responsibility in performing his duties. She also wished him a successful career, perseverance, new development opportunities, and achievements aligned with expectations, contributing to the mission of CNPDCP.
