Candidate Verification Date for Public Announcement 02-100/26-1534/3 of the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development, and Northern Development
We inform you that the knowledge, skills, competencies, and abilities of candidates meeting the conditions of public announcement number 02-100/26-1534/3, issued by the Human Resources Department, will be tested on May 8, 2026. The practical task for the position of Senior Advisor III in the Directorate for Climate Change and Sustainable Development, Climate Change Directorate, Mitigation and Adaptation Section, will be held on July 29, 2026. The practical task is evaluated based on the following criteria: structure of the written work, systematic presentation of information, clarity and precision of written expression, use of appropriate terminology, and problem-solving ability. Candidates who score more than 50% on the practical task, or who receive a 'satisfactory' grade in the knowledge test of typing, informatics, or foreign language (if such skills are required by the announcement), may proceed to an oral interview. During the interview for positions in the executive and expert categories, the following general competencies are assessed: oral communication, learning and development orientation, and cooperation. For positions in the expert-managerial category, in addition to general competencies, managerial competencies are also evaluated, including: work organization and human resource management skills, and strategic management ability. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the announcement's conditions can participate in the verification process. Note: Candidates must present their ID card or other personal identification with a photograph to the Commission before starting the written test to verify their identity.
