Candidate Verification Data According to Internal Announcement No. 02-100/26-2518/2 for the Needs of the General Secretariat of the Government of Montenegro

We inform you that the knowledge, skills, competencies, and abilities test for candidates meeting the conditions of internal announcement number 02-100/26-2518/2, published by the Human Resources Department on July 8, 2026, for the position of Independent Advisor I in the Government Portal Administration and Domestic and Foreign Media Analytics Office, Information Service for Government Transparency, will be held on September 22, 2026. The practical task is evaluated based on the following criteria: structure of the written work, systematic presentation of information, clarity and precision of written expression, use of appropriate terminology, and problem-solving ability. Candidates who score more than 50% on the practical task or who receive a 'satisfactory' grade in the knowledge test of typing, informatics, or foreign language (if such skills are required by the announcement) may proceed to the oral interview. During the interview for positions in the executive and expert categories, the following general competencies are assessed: oral communication, learning and development orientation, and cooperation. For expert managerial positions, in addition to general competencies, managerial competencies are also evaluated: work organization and management of human resources, and strategic management ability. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the announcement conditions can participate in the verification process. Note: Candidates must present their ID card or other personal identification with a photo to the Commission before starting the written test to verify their identity.
