Nikšić: Criminal charges against six persons for hooligan behavior and causing serious bodily injuries during traffic fight
Officials of the Regional Security Center 'Zapad' – Nikšić Security Department, have filed criminal reports with the prosecutor's office against six individuals suspected of committing acts of hooligan behavior, with one also charged for causing serious bodily injury. Around 12:30 PM, it was reported that on the Nikšić–Šavnik–Plevlja main road, in Grebice, after a traffic accident involving two vehicles, a dispute and fight broke out among several people. One person sustained injuries and was transported to the Nikšić General Hospital, where doctors confirmed serious bodily injuries, while other participants had minor injuries. The event was reported to the state prosecutor in the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, who coordinated further measures and actions that led to the complete clarification of the incident and the prosecution of the suspects. Following comprehensive measures and actions, upon the order of the investigating prosecutor in the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, criminal charges were filed against B.R., M.R., M.M., and N.J. (49) for suspicion of committing the criminal offense of hooligan behavior combined with the offense of causing serious bodily injury, committed against B.R.
