Candidate Verification Data According to Public Notice No. 02-100/26-791/2 for the Needs of the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property

In 2026, for the needs of the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property, for the position of: independent advisor III - in the Directorate for Spatial Planning, Directorate for Land Use Planning, the verification will be held on the 15th (Tuesday) starting at 09:00 in the premises of the Human Resources Department. The verification is conducted by a commission through written testing and an oral interview. The content of the theoretical part of the written test is determined by a random selection method of 20 questions from a list related to knowledge of the constitutional system, organization, functioning, and procedures of government bodies, to which candidates respond by choosing one of several answers. The practical part of the written test includes two tasks related to the job description for which the advertisement is issued, selected randomly from 10 tasks. Candidates who score more than 50% on the practical part or who receive a 'satisfactory' grade in typing, informatics, or foreign language tests (if such skills are required by the advertisement) may proceed to the oral interview. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the conditions of the advertisement can participate in the verification process. It is emphasized that candidates must present a personal ID or other identification document with a photograph for identity verification before the written test.
