Notice of Judicial Exam - Exam Session May/June 2026
Based on Article 34 of the Law on Interns in Courts and the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Judicial Exam (Official Gazette of CG, No. 55/16), the Ministry of Justice announces that it will organize the judicial exam during the September/October 2026 exam session at Vuka Karadžića number 3, Podgorica, no later than 30 days from the date of publication of this notice. The judicial exam is conducted in accordance with the Law on Interns in Courts and the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Judicial Exam and the Regulation on the Program and Method of Conducting the Judicial Exam. NOTE: Candidates who completed their study program at the Faculty of Law under the Bologna process are required to submit certified copies of diplomas or original/certified copies of certificates of completed undergraduate and specialized academic studies. Candidates who graduated from law faculties abroad must also submit a decision on the recognition of their foreign educational documents.
