Ceremonial marking of Montenegro Army Day: 20 years of existence
On October, a ceremonial event dedicated to Montenegro Army Day and celebrating 20 years of existence will be held at the Sports and Recreation Center 'Topolica' in Bar, starting at 19:30. The ceremony will be an opportunity to mark one of the most significant dates in the history of the Montenegro Army, reflect on its development and modernization over two decades, and its current role within NATO and international missions. Guests can expect aircraft and helicopter flyovers, raising of the national flag and playing of the anthem, video presentations, speeches by top government and military officials, as well as a military oath-taking ceremony and awarding of decisions to newly promoted officers. In addition to representatives of the Ministry of Defense and the Montenegro Army, the event will be attended by the President of Montenegro, representatives of government institutions, diplomatic corps, international organizations, local authorities, and numerous guests.
