Candidate Verification Data for Public Announcement Number: 02-100/26-1603/3 for the Food Safety, Veterinary, and Phytosanitary Affairs Directorate

We inform you that the knowledge, skills, competencies, and abilities test for candidates meeting the conditions of public announcement number 02-100/26-1603/3, published by the Human Resources Directorate on June 12, 2026, for the Food Safety, Veterinary, and Phytosanitary Affairs Directorate, for the position of Inspector III, for food in the municipalities of Budva, Kotor, and Tivat, with the workplace in Budva, Food Inspection Department, will be held on September 28, 2026. The practical task is evaluated based on the following criteria: structure of the written work, systematic presentation of information, clarity and precision of written expression, use of appropriate terminology, and problem-solving ability. Candidates who score more than 50% on the practical task, or who receive a 'satisfactory' grade in the knowledge test of typing, informatics, or a foreign language (if such skills are required by the announcement), may proceed to the oral interview. During the oral interview for positions in the executive and expert categories, the following general competencies are assessed: oral communication, learning and development orientation, and teamwork. For positions in the expert-managerial category, in addition to general competencies, managerial competencies are also evaluated: ability to organize work, manage human resources, and strategic management skills. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the announcement conditions can participate in the verification process. Note: Candidates are required, before starting the written test, to present their ID card or other identification with a photograph to the Commission for identity verification.
