Public Announcement for Concession for the Use of Part of the Water from the Source “Vidrovanska Voda” in the Area of Trnova - Vidrovan, Nikšić Municipality

Eligible participants for the public tender for granting a concession for the use of part of the water from the source “Vidrovanska Voda” in the area of Trnova - Vidrovan, Nikšić Municipality, for bottling, packaging, or transporting water for commercial purposes include domestic or foreign economic entities, other legal persons, entrepreneurs, or individuals, consortia, or other forms of business association that possess qualifications demonstrating their suitability for participation. According to Article 23 of the Concessions Law, bidders are considered unsuitable if they have obligations to pay taxes and contributions that are overdue or if they have been granted deferrals, provided they demonstrate that they are current with their obligations. In addition to the mandatory conditions outlined earlier, each bidder must submit: the proposed fee for acquiring water rights for the use of part of the water for bottling or transporting water for commercial purposes as a percentage of the sale price of 1 liter of bottled water; the time required to obtain water approval, water permit, and start of operations in months; and supporting documents and statements that are part of the tender documentation. The proposed fee for acquiring water rights (concession fee) is expressed as a percentage of the sale price of 1 liter of bottled water. The timeline for obtaining water approval, water permit, and starting operations is specified in months. The quantity of water used (daily, monthly, yearly) in liters must also be provided. The total points amount to 100, and the tender documentation assigns point values to each evaluation criterion.
