Podgorica police detained grandfather on suspicion of committing illegal sexual acts against granddaughter
Police officers from the Podgorica Department of Security detained a 63-year-old man from Podgorica on suspicion of committing illegal sexual acts against his 13-year-old granddaughter. The suspect was detained at the request of the higher public prosecutor's office in Podgorica. The girl’s mother reported the incident yesterday, accusing her father-in-law of the crime. During investigation, police gathered evidence indicating that the grandfather committed the suspected crimes against his granddaughter. The public prosecutor was informed and ordered the detention of the suspect, who will be brought before the appropriate authorities with criminal charges.
