15th Session of the Council for Higher Education

The fifteenth session of the Council for Higher Education was held on Friday, the 26th. After a conducted discussion, it was agreed that the Council will form an opinion on this matter at the next session. During the third item on the agenda, the Council discussed the conditions for re-election to academic titles in accordance with the provisions of the new Law on Higher Education. During the discussion, opinions were exchanged on the application of new legal solutions, with particular emphasis on the need for their clear and uniform interpretation in re-election procedures for academic titles. Under the item "Other," members of the Council considered current issues within their competence and discussed activities of importance for the further development of the higher education system in Montenegro. The Council also reaffirmed its commitment to improving the quality of higher education, transparent work, and decision-making based on professional and academic principles.
