Minister Dukaj Congratulates Herceg Novi on Municipality Day
On the occasion of Herceg Novi Municipality Day, Minister Dukaj extended congratulations to Municipal President Stevan Katić, Municipal Assembly President Miloš Konjević, and all the citizens of Herceg Novi.
