Criminal Complaint Filed Against Nikšić Resident for Violating a Supervision Measure

Police officers from the Nikšić Security Department, in coordination with the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Nikšić, filed a criminal complaint on the state prosecutor’s orders against M. from Nikšić, suspected of committing the criminal offense of violating a prohibition imposed by a supervision measure. A supervision measure requiring him to report periodically to the Police Administration’s Nikšić Security Department every Monday of the month had been imposed. On a Monday, he failed to report to the official premises of the Nikšić Security Department as required by the ruling, thereby acting contrary to the imposed supervision measure. The state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Nikšić was informed of the incident and determined that the actions contained the essential elements of the criminal offense of violating a prohibition imposed by a supervision measure, ordering that a criminal complaint be filed against M. on suspicion of committing the offense.
