Critical Vulnerability in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
Microsoft warns about a critical vulnerability CVE-2026-69730 (CVSS score - 9.8) in Windows DNS implementation, included in Microsoft-distributed operating systems: Windows 10 and Windows Server. An attacker can gain unrestricted access to the system and execute arbitrary code by sending a specially crafted network request to the vulnerable Windows DNS service.
