Candidate Verification Data for Public Notice 02-100/26-1287/3 by the Real Estate Administration

We inform you that the knowledge, skills, competencies, and abilities of candidates who meet the conditions of public notice number 02-100/26-1287/3, published by the Human Resources Administration on March 25, 2026, for the needs of the Basic Court in Nikšić, for the position of Independent Clerk, Recorder/Operator, Judicial Administration Service, will be tested on July 31, 2026. The content of the theoretical written test is determined by a random selection method of 20 questions from a list related to the knowledge of the constitutional system, organization, functioning, and procedures of government bodies, to which candidates respond by choosing one of several answers. The practical part of the written test includes two tasks related to the job description for which the notice is issued, selected randomly from 10 tasks, provided by the state body filling the position. Candidates who score more than 50% on the practical part of the test or who receive a 'satisfactory' grade in the knowledge check of typing, informatics, or foreign language (if such skills are required by the notice) may proceed to an oral interview. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the conditions of the notice can participate in the verification process. We emphasize that candidates must present a valid ID card or other identification document with a photograph for identity verification before starting the written test.
