Public Call for NGOs in the Field of Regional Development and Investment Environment

The sectoral analysis is prepared based on strategic and planning documents, or regulations in the relevant area of public interest, in consultation with interested non-governmental organizations, and serves as the basis for determining priority areas and necessary funds for financing projects and programs of non-governmental organizations from the state budget, in accordance with the Law on Non-Governmental Organizations (Official Gazette of CG, numbers 39/11, 37/17, and 84/24). The sectoral analysis is prepared to enable timely planning of funds allocated by ministries responsible for areas identified by the Government as priorities for financing projects and programs of NGOs. The analysis will also be used to prepare public calls for the allocation of funds for projects and programs of NGOs in areas designated as priorities. Comments, initiatives, proposals, and suggestions can be sent by mail to: Ministry of Regional Investment Development and Cooperation with NGOs, Eco-efficient Building, Cetinjski Put bb, Podgorica (with the note “Public Consultations SECTORAL ANALYSIS – LOCAL DEVELOPMENT MAP - RESOURCES AND POTENTIALS”), as well as electronically to the email address marija.dragovic@mirn.gov.me. The contact person for coordinating consultations with interested NGOs is Marija Dragović. The Ministry of Regional Investment Development and Cooperation with NGOs will consider received initiatives, proposals, suggestions, and comments, and subsequently prepare a Report on the consultation of NGOs regarding the Draft Sectoral Analysis for the areas of regional and investment environment, for the area of local economic development.
