Report on the Public Debate Conducted on the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on the State Prosecutor's Office
In 2023, a public debate was held on the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on the State Prosecutor's Office. Four participants took part in the debate, submitting comments, proposals, and suggestions within the designated period: the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office, Ljiljana Lakić – Chairwoman of the Management Board of the Center for Judicial and Prosecutorial Training, NGO 'Institute Alternative,' and NGO 'Center for Democratic Transition.'
