Minister Butorović - Work, dedication, and results: 44th Government and 28th Assembly achieved historic efficiency on the EU path

In recent years, the Parliament of Montenegro adopted a total of 414 laws, representing an unprecedented pace of legislative activity and a clear proof of commitment to European integrations. Notably, only during this year, about 100 laws directly related to the EU agenda were adopted, marking key steps toward aligning our legal system with EU law and accelerating the accession process. To provide a clearer insight into the scope of work accomplished, we recall that in the years before this term, the average was about 110 laws adopted annually. The fact that this number more than doubled over a two-year period best reflects the work, dedication, and synergy of the 44th. This statistic is not just a number – it confirms that the Government and Parliament have established a new dynamic of work, responsibility, and efficiency. We have shown that with a clear vision and dedicated dialogue, we can deliver concrete results that directly accelerate our path to full EU membership and bring a better legal and economic environment for all citizens of Montenegro.
