Today in Podgorica, from 12:00 to 14:00, traffic on Vuka Karadžića Street will be closed for all vehicle categories, while traffic on Marka Miljanova Street will be alternated during the same period. During this time, traffic on Marka Miljanova will be regulated by traffic police officers from the Podgorica Security Department. The reason for closing Vuka Karadžića Street and alternating traffic on Marka Miljanova Street is that today, on the 31st, from 12:00 to 14:00, the Montenegro Transporters Association will hold a scheduled public gathering in Podgorica, aimed at expressing a peaceful protest and submitting demands for the exemption of transporters from the EES system (entry/exit system) of the European Union. The public gathering will take place near the European Union Delegation building, where the Transporters Association will hold a peaceful protest and deliver their demands. The gathering will be secured by police officers, with physical and technical measures, and will be recorded by police cameras and aerial drones in accordance with Article 93 of the Internal Affairs Law.
