From August 10th, complete traffic suspension on the Đurđevića Tara Bridge
On August 10th at 12:00 PM, traffic will be completely halted on the Đurđevića Tara Bridge due to reconstruction works. The project has been planned to consider the needs of local residents, the tourism industry, public services, and all citizens who use the bridge daily. Works are organized to allow passage and maintain functionality of this important route as much as possible, with temporary closures and adjusted schedules. The timing ensures all closures are completed before the winter season, when adverse weather could delay or affect the quality of work. Starting August 10th, passenger vehicles and buses will alternate traffic flow with daily full closures from 6 to 8, 10 to 12, and 14 to 20 hours. Freight vehicles, including trucks, tow trucks, and vehicles with trailers over 3.5 tons, will be completely stopped until the works are finished.
