'We want cooperation that will have tangible results – enabling our doctors and nurses to learn and improve at top European centers, connecting expert teams, and transferring knowledge and experience into our healthcare system. During the meeting with the regional minister of Tuscany, Stefania Saccardi, mutual readiness was confirmed to further develop Montenegro-Tuscany cooperation through professional training, staff exchange, direct institutional connections, and sharing experiences in healthcare organization. Therefore, we aim to translate institutional relations with Tuscany into concrete training, knowledge exchange, expert networking, and long-term collaboration of our healthcare institutions to support and retain medical staff,' said Borovinić Bojović. The visit to Florence is part of activities aimed at strengthening the connection between the Montenegrin healthcare system and European institutions and centers of excellence, focusing on knowledge transfer, capacity development, and improved healthcare quality.
