Candidate Verification Date for Public Competition 02-100/26-1688/3 Ministry of Public Works
In 2026, the Ministry of Public Works announced the verification process for the position of General Director - Directorate for Project Implementation from Pre-Accession EU Support - IPA, quality control, and contract realization. The competency, knowledge, and skills assessment for candidates meeting the public competition requirements for the senior management position is conducted according to the conditions of the competition and in accordance with the Regulation on criteria and procedures for assessing knowledge, skills, competencies, and abilities for work in state bodies. Each correct answer on the test is scored with one point, with a maximum of 15 points per competency. Candidates who score at least eight points in each competency on the general test must submit a written work evaluating priorities and proposals for improving work processes or conditions in the area for which they are appointed. The written work is assessed based on specific competencies such as analysis ability, prioritization, innovation, initiative, clarity, and structure. During the structured interview, general competencies like oral communication, learning orientation, collaboration, and managerial skills such as work organization and strategic management are evaluated. Only candidates from the list who meet the competition conditions and present a valid ID or other photo ID before the verification process are eligible to participate.
