Notice on the Public Call for Nominating a Civil Society Organization Representative to the Working Group for Drafting the Law on Housing Lease
Pursuant to Article 8 of the Regulation on the Selection of Representatives of Civil Society Organizations to the Working Bodies of State Administration Authorities and the Conduct of Public Consultations in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", Nos. 41/18 and 86/26), the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property announces that no candidates applied for membership in the Working Group for Drafting the Law on Housing Lease. Following the Public Call for Nominating Representatives of Civil Society Organizations to the working body for drafting the Law on Housing Lease, published on the website of the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property and the e-Government portal on 29 September 2026, it is established that no candidates applied for membership in the Working Group for Drafting the Law on Housing Lease.
