Procure modern equipment for maritime education programs at the Secondary Vocational School in Bar
The Secondary Vocational School in Bar successfully carried out the procurement process for modern equipment in accordance with international standards for maritime education programs. The acquired equipment, which includes hydraulic systems with work units and a complex electrical module with workstations, will be installed in the workshop and classroom spaces for student training in the marine engineering program, while other equipment and teaching materials in classrooms and training rooms will support theoretical and practical instruction for students in the nautical technician program. The Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation provided funds of 67,000 euros for the equipment purchase. Additionally, alongside existing equipment, the procurement of a modern simulator is underway, which will further enhance practical training by allowing students to experience real-life situations at sea in a completely safe environment. The acquisition of modern equipment for vocational schools is a priority for the Ministry to ensure students acquire relevant skills and remain competitive in the labor market.
