Report on the Public Debate Conducted on the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on the Special State Prosecutor's Office
The duration of the public debate was 20 days - the Ministry of Justice published the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on the Special State Prosecutor's Office for public discussion on February 6, 2026. The public debate was conducted by inviting citizens, the scientific and professional public, government bodies, political entities, non-governmental organizations, international organizations, media, and all interested organizations and communities to participate and contribute by submitting comments, proposals, and suggestions in writing via mail to the Ministry of Justice at ul. Vuka Karadžića br.3, 81000 Podgorica or electronically to email: miljan.kosovic@mpa.gov.me. Four participants took part in the debate, submitting comments, proposals, and suggestions within the specified period: the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office, NGO 'Institute Alternative,' NGO 'Action for Social Justice,' and Aleksandar Radović - Sector for Financial Intelligence Services.
