Public Call for Assistance in Market Withdrawal and Storage of Surplus Lambs
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management announces a public call for assistance in market withdrawal and storage of surplus lambs. Interested registered economic entities with adequate storage facilities that meet legal requirements are invited to submit requests to make their capacities available for storing and withdrawing surplus lambs produced in Montenegro. Requests must be submitted on the form provided in the annex of this public call from the date of publication until the 18th. Assistance for storage and withdrawal of lambs from the market may be granted if the conditions of this public call are met, and if the entities are listed on the Register of Economic Subjects capable of storing and withdrawing surplus lambs produced in Montenegro, compiled after the completion of this procedure. In the request, economic entities must specify the quantity of lambs they can store and withdraw, expressed in heads. The request must be accompanied by proof of registration in the register of registered facilities with the Food Safety, Veterinary, and Phytosanitary Services and proof of possession of storage capacities for the quantities specified, approved according to law. Assistance can only be granted for lambs originating from Montenegro, from registered agricultural producers, and stored no later than the 20th.
