Ivanović from Karpac: Montenegro and Poland strengthen cooperation in digitalization and security

In a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digitalization of Poland, Krzysztof Gawłowski, discussions focused on intensifying cooperation in digital transformation, information technology, and cybersecurity, as well as exchanging experiences in developing modern digital public services and strengthening institutional capacities. Special attention was given to developing digital services for citizens and businesses, applying new technologies, including the possibilities offered by modern digital solutions, and the need for continuous strengthening of institutional resilience against growing and more complex cyber threats. In the broader context of current European and global circumstances, security and stability were among the central topics of conversation between the Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro for Foreign and European Affairs, Dr. Filip Ivanović, and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense of Poland, Vladyslav Kosinyak-Kamis. Ivanović emphasized that Montenegro highly values its substantive and friendly cooperation with Poland, as well as the strong alliance maintained within NATO. The interlocutors agreed that Montenegro and Poland, as NATO allies and countries strongly committed to European and democratic values, share a common interest in a stable, secure, and resilient Europe. Kosinyak-Kamis expressed full support for Poland's European integration of Montenegro and believed that the two countries, as NATO allies, will soon be together in the European Union.
