We inform you that the knowledge, skills, competencies, and abilities of candidates who meet the conditions of internal announcement number: 02-100/26-754/2, published by the Human Resources Department on 20.02.2026 for the position of independent clerk, court executor, Judicial Administration - Executors: 1, for an indefinite period, - IV1 level of education, will be tested through a practical task evaluated based on criteria such as structure of the written work, systematic presentation of information, clarity and precision of written expression, use of appropriate terminology, and problem-solving ability. Candidates who score more than 50% on the practical task or who receive a "satisfactory" grade in the knowledge test of typing, informatics, or foreign language (if such skills are required by the announcement) may proceed to an oral interview. During the interview for positions in the category of executive and expert staff, the following general competencies are assessed: oral communication, learning and development orientation, and cooperation. For positions in the category of expert-managerial staff, in addition to general competencies, managerial competencies are also evaluated, including: ability to organize work and manage human resources, and strategic management skills. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the conditions of the announcement can participate in the verification process. Note: Candidates must present their ID card or other personal identification with a photograph to the Commission before starting the written test to verify their identity.
